Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo was born on February 5, 1985, on the island of Madeira, which is a few hundred miles south of Portugal. He grew up in a small house in the city of Funchal and began playing soccer for a youth team in Madeira, where his dad was the team's equipment manager. At just 12 years old Cristiano moved 600 miles to Lisbon, which is on the mainland of Portugal, to play for Sporting Lisbon's youth team. USING RECYCLED MATERIALS

ANIMALS MADE WITH CD´S

This is an excellent activity to carry out in the classroom to teach children how to reuse the old CD´S that they are about to throw away. I carried out in my Language Arts class while I was reading a story using these animals. We had a great time with my children since they love to do things that involve using their hands. 

MATERIALS: 

• Old CD´S
• Foamy or bond color pages ( different colors ) depending on the animal you want to do.
• Glue
• Scissors
• Black marker

• your own imagination
